Shish Tawook (Chicken Kabob) (4 oz.)

 

Marinated pieces of chicken breast, placed on skewers with bell peppers and onions, cooked on charcoal served on a bed of rice with lettuce, tomatoes, and pita bread.
   
Kafta Kabob (6 oz.)  
A mix of ground beef and lamb, onions, parsley, and spices cooked on charcoal, served on a bed of rice with lettuce, tomatoes, and pita bread.
   
2 Kibbee Balls  
A half pound of beef, lamb, burgul (crushed wheat) and spices cooked in the oven and served hot with pita bread, lettuce, and tomatoes.
   
Falafel (vegetarian) (3 balls)  
A mixture of ground garbanzo beans, parsely, and spices fried to a golden brown, wrapped into a pita sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and our special tahini (sesame seed oil) sauce.
   
Stuffed Grape Leaves (8 each)  
We buy the most tender grape leaves we can find, stuff them with rice, ground beef, lamb, and spices, roll them and cook them to perfection, served with a slice of lemon and pita bread.
   
Hummus (4 oz.)  
A creamy mix of ground garbanzo beans, tahini, and lemon juice served with pita bread.
   
Gyro Sandwich (6 oz.)  
A mix of beef and lamb with a Mediterranean flavor served with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, rolled into a pita sandwich with a touch of yogurt (tzatziki) sauce.
   
Tabouli Salad (4 oz.)  
A mixture of parsley, tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, and burgul (crushed wheat) tossed together with spices, olive oil and lemon juice.
   
St. George Sampler  
We combined our best tasting food into one plate: this includes chicken kabob or kafta kabob (1), kibbee (1), grape leaves (3), tabouli, rice, and 1 loaf of pita bread.
